Scope

The Recruitment Agreement holds every employee, worker, and representative of the hosting organization who participates in the employment process accountable. This policy also extends to every migrant worker who expresses interest.

Purpose of the Recruitment Policy

The purpose of the policy is to identify and select exceptional candidates who will fulfill the requirements of the employing organization while precisely adhering to all standards and regulations of the host country, the sending country (Bangladesh), and other international laws governing migrant workers.
